Partnership Cup & Shield

On Tuesday 22nd March, Key Stage Two pupils made the short journey to St. Patrick's High School Keady to compete for the Partnership Shield. The soccer tournament which is organised each year by pupils from St. Patrick's High School offers our children the opportunity to meet friends from other local schools in preparation for transition in September.

The pupils faced St. Francis of Assisi in the final with aggregate scores in both boys and girls matches being used to decide upon a winner. At full time both matches were level at 0-0. Heading into extra time the girls struck quickly with a goal from Katie O'Hara. This was quickly followed up by a goal from Kerrie Morgan. This 2-0 score line was enough to secure victory for St. Joseph's.
