On Thursday 13th February, pupils received awards for their fantastic effort during the Sumdog regional maths contest. The contest was open to schools in the southern region and was completed from the 24th to 30th January. In total 24 classes were entered from a variety of schools in the area. At completion we were provided with data about the performance of our classes and individual pupils. Incredibly the five classes entered by St. Joseph’s were all placed in the top 6 positions. In addition 10 of our pupils were positioned in the top 12 individual positions. What a fantastic effort boys and girls! Keep up the fantastic work!
