Friction Investigation

Having studied the events which resulted in the Armagh Railway Disaster, pupils in Mr Hart’s class were keen to investigate the forces of nature which influenced the accident. Pupils developed a fair investigation to assess the level of friction in different materials. They worked together to complete the experiment recording photos and video using their IPads. After they exchanged content with one another to write up the experiment using the Book Creator app.
