On Friday 4th February, pupils from Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 celebrated the great effort made in our Accelerated Reading programme this week.
Firstly, one pupil from each class received the “Star Reader” award for making a particular effort with their reading. This week, the winners were:

Thus far the effort made by pupils has been exceptional and we have quite a few pupils working towards becoming a word millionaire this year as they have now read over 500,000 words. Keep up the fantastic reading boys and girls.
