On Friday 11th October, children from Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 gathered to celebrate the hard work of pupils during the fifth week of the Accelerated Reading scheme.
Firstly a number of pupils were awarded "Star Reader" awards having made a particular effort with their reading. This week's winners were:

- Leila Hughes
- Sean Mallon
- Clodagh Gallagher
- Cara Smith
Many more pupils have now reached their personal reading targets securing the first part of their pass to our Accelerated Reading Trip. Well done boys and girl!
At this stage pupils should have reached 70% of their personal target.
