Educating the Community

On Thursday 14th May, primary seven pupils from St. Joseph's hosted a special education event for community members. Having completed a historical project on local raths or ringforts, pupils were keen to showcase their knowledge. The pupils presented their findings through Ipad discussing the derrivation of modern day townland names and their link to ancient monuments which date back to the Bronze and Iron Age.
