On Wednesday 1st April, pupils from Mr, Hart's and Mrs Smith's class visited The Navan Centre and Fort. Having studied the bronze and Iron age as a World Around Us topic, the pupils had the opportunity to investigate the significance of the Navan Fort throughout different periods in history.
The pupils walked to the top of the fort and investigated many of its features. They also had the opportunity to explore a Celtic home and meet a Celtic warrior. Pictured are some of the pupils enjoying the day:
