KS2 pupils present PowerPoint on SEAT action group

On Thursday 28th November KS2 pupils Hannah Gray and Kayleigh Mallon, made a presentation to their peers on the North South inter-connector. The girls had researched information on the proposed pylon scheme which could result in high voltage power lines being constructed through Madden.

Like many, the girls were strongly opposed to the construction project and shared information about the scheme as well as many of the dangers related to high voltage power lines. The presentation was fantastic and served to encourage pupils in our school to write letters of opposition to the scheme.
