Mrs Smith's class visit Crumlin Rd Gaol

On Tuesday 11th February, pupils from Mrs. Smith's class visited Crumlin Rd Gaol as part of their World Around Us topic "Victorian crime and punishment".
The pupils had the opportunity to view what life was like for criminals in Victorian times. They witnessed the harsh realities of prison life and were interrogated by the warden. Fortunately all our pupils were proven innocent and returned to St Joseph's after an exciting day away.
