On Tuesday 1st April, boys and girls from P6 & P7 travelled to St. Patrick's High School to take part in the inaugural Partnership Cup final. The tournament which was organised by St. Patrick's High School Keady offered pupils the opportunity to compete against pupils from each of the feeder schools to Keady High School.
Having secured passage to the final by defeating St. Mary's PS Granemore the pupils now faced the ominous prospect of St. John's PS Middletown. The standard of football in both games was superb and both girls and boys matches were extremely competitive. The boys narrowly secured victory with a 1-0 scoreline whilst the girls held their opposition to a 0-0 draw. This ensured a fantastic aggregate victory of 1-0.
