Poetry Competition Winners

On Wednesday 11th November, P7 pupils Shay McCusker, Emily McElvanna and Szymon Bulczak received word that they were successful in winning awards at this years Navan Fort Poetry Competition.

Having worked with a resident poet Maura Johnson at a poetry workshop, the pupils took time to write poems based on this years theme of "light". The pupils will now recite their poems at a special event hosted by the Nava centre.
